To check your e-mail settings:

Open OutLook Express

You can cancel the dial up if you do not need to log on or you can log on to do this.

Click on Tools

Click on Accounts

Click on the Mail tab

Click on the mail.hillcountry.net to highlight

click on Properties to the right

Click on the Servers tab

delete and retype the mail settings for incoming and outgoing mail.

they should read:

mail.hillcountry.net

make sure that the following are NOT CHECKED:

log on using Secure Password Authentication

My server requires authentication

You may also need to disable Norton Anti-virus, reboot your computer and then re-enable Norton's.
